Bringing smiles to life!
On Saturday, November 26th, 2016, Free Portrait Vancouver will return to the Carnegie Centre for its 8th consecutive year to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Over the past 7 years, this event has provided free make-overs and a professional “8×10” black and white portrait to over 6,500 individuals and their families. A unique event organized by volunteers, FPV brings together thousands of Vancouverites to celebrate the cultural diversity and vibrancy that makes our city so unique and special.
